Zilzie - Victoria - Shiraz - 750ml

Specially selected parcels of Shiraz across Central Victoria. The grapes were co-fermented on skins with Viognier for 5-7 days to stabilize the color, enhance the aromas and bring a lift to the bright raspberry and mulberry flavors. The wine was gently pressed and aged on French and American oak for 10 months for velvety integrated oak tannins.
