Puente del Ea - Blanco - 750ml

Puente del Ea - Blanco - 750ml

Barrel Fermented Puente del Ea WhiteĀ is an unusual white wine due to its production process. We use ripe grapes of the Viura variety from well-selected old vineyards. Harvested in boxes, manual selection and then fermented in new 225-liter French oak barrels specially selected for white wines. A daily work of lees with continuous batonage that gives it structure and volume in the mouth, which together with its subsequent aging of 6 months in the same barrels gives us a more than interesting aging wine. The wine is presented in a Bordeaux bottle with a natural cork stopper.

AtĀ sight, yellow color with greenish trim, bright and clear. In theĀ nose, high aromatic intensity. Citrus fruits with bone and tropical fruit. Slight toasted notes. In theĀ mouth, bulky with perfect balance acidity-alcohol. It emphasizes its unctuousness due to the work on lees, which makes it long and glyceric. Rich and complex aftertaste that highlights the potential of the new barrel.
