Taste: Resolute flavours of fine Oloroso sherry and bitter chocolate sauce, which has been spread liberally over homemade plum pudding. This is all infused with fabulous spicy notes â cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg. Full bodied with smooth tannins. Long and lingering.
