Bright ruby red in color with aromas of black fruits, licorice, vanilla bean, toasted capsicum, black pepper, black jube and anise. This wine has a full fruit, juicy palate with great length and tannins. A long finish highlighted with American and French Oak. Enjoy with grilled mushroom or eggplant that has a dusting of paprika for a hint of spiciness. Also try it with a char-grilled tuna steak.
